Meet Our App Writing Team

An artist at heart, I desire to use creativity to encourage women, teens, and tweens through speaking, designing, and writing Bible Studies. Embracing my background in youth ministry and the arts, I founded ThouArtExalted in 2007. I feel beyond blessed to teach the Word of God through a creative venue. I have been married for 21 years and have four children, two chickens, a cat, and two golden doodles—Phineus and Gideon.

Annie Pajcic

Jacksonville, FL

I am married to Sam and have two children: Maddie (14) and Jake (11). Because I am slightly insane, I homeschool both of them…and love it. I love watching Maddie dance and Jake play soccer, and we all love watching college football (Go Gators!) and our local professional soccer team. I have a passion for sharing the love of God with tween and teen girls – teaching them to be comfortable navigating God’s Word and to fall in love with it.

Joani Ross

Jacksonville, FL

I grew up in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing. I joined the TAE team in March 2016, becoming the ministry’s first full-time employee, as the Director of Marketing and Communications. It is such a joy to work alongside Annie (who also happens to be my godmother) and be a part of her ministry that I am so passionate about. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and whipping up gourmet treats.

Mycah Hunter

Tallahassee, FL

I am an artist/worship leader/author from Jacksonville. I have written music for the Christian girl pop group, 1 Girl Nation, and devotionals included in the 1 Girl Nation girls devotional book, No Filter. I currently sing for “Austin & Lindsey Adamec” under the Radiate Music label. I have a huge heart for girls’ ministry and long to help encourage girls of every age to see themselves through the eyes of Jesus and motivate them do big things for God’s Kingdom.

Lindsey Adamec

Jacksonville, FL

I am a west Texas woman married to an east coast pastor, now settled in Ohio after 7 cross-country moves. We have 4 teenagers and a goofy Goldendoodle named Canaan. My teenage years were rough and drive my efforts now. I have served 20 years in youth ministry and currently work for Rahab Ministries serving teenage victims of sex trafficking. I am driven by a deep desire to see every one of God’s children set free through the infinite love of Christ.

Leah Clancy

North Canton, OH

I am a wife to a devoted and loving husband, Jon, a mother of two amazing kids, and “dog-mom” to a crazy maltipoo. I spend part of my time preparing for and co-leading a weekly 6th grade girls bible called Common Thread Thursdays. My passions are for children to know the deep love of Jesus and find their identity in Christ at an early age and for the orphans of Zambia to know their adoption into the Kingdom is alone found in Christ.

Renea Conser

Dallas, TX

Music has always been a great passion of mine, one which led me to pursue a degree in vocal performance at Furman University. During my summers, I served as both a counselor and head staff member at an all-girls camp called Camp Greystone, developing a passion for mentoring middle and high school–aged students. With a keen interest in writing, I am a regular blogger for several non-profits and organizations geared toward adolescents.

Cecilia Glenn

Charlottesville, VA

I have been married for 34 years to Lyles, my “love at first sight.” We have two daughters: Hunter and Frances, and a son-in-law, Joe! As a former school teacher turned home-maker, Bible studies were a weekly activity in my life as well as volunteering in church, school, and community activities. I still remind my children that they have “their best friend” (Jesus) with them all the time – lift up prayers of thanksgiving and talk to Him about everything.

Melanie Glenn

Columbia, SC

I am married to my best friend and love, Terrell (28 years!), and we have three adult children—Terrell, Cecilia (another TAE writer), and Ellison who is married to Carter. These are my favorite people in the world. My passion is connecting girls and women to Jesus to help them discover how much He loves them and how to partner with Him in every part of their life, by leading Bible studies, speaking, and writing (my new book: Becoming a Peaceful Mom).

Teresa Glenn

Houston, TX

At Palm Beach Atlantic University, I earned a degree in Ministry (concentration: Student Ministries, minor: Dance). After graduation, I returned to Venice, Fla., as Director of Youth Ministries at Christ United Methodist Church. I am married to my very adventurous husband, Ryan, and we have an Australian Shepherd named Zombie. My passion is to equip students, especially girls, to say “Yes” to Jesus in every area of their lives.

Jonetta Halpin

I moved to Florida a year ago from Santa Barbara, Calif., with my husband, Tyler, and our two daughters, Madalene and Hannah. I have been involved in Christian ministry for more than 20 years through Young Life, Elijah House, and Believing Women. I love the creative– writing, photography and design. My debut novel, Seven (pub. 2013), tells the journey of Miriam of Magdala through a combination of historical fiction and spiritual insights.

Tristan Hodges

Jacksonville, FL

I am married to a Methodist minister, Mike, and have three children: Mac, Lucy, and Jay, and a black Lab named Hershey. My favorite free job was creating curriculum with a team of women for a VBS program for tweens. If you can get a kid on fire for Jesus in middle school, it might just spark a life-long faith journey. I pray all children discover that God works for the good of those who love Him and He has called them for a purpose.

Alyson Hudson

Venice, FL

I am a mother of four who loves gardening, raising sheep/chickens, and running horses. I teach confirmation.

I grew up in Tallahassee, Fla., and am now a freshman at Florida State University where I’m involved in campus ministry. Instagram has become one of my favorite ways to connect with many other creatives and share with other young women who are facing similar difficulties in their lives. I pray that God works in great ways to show our generation that we are not alone, that He loves us infinitely, and that our worth is found in Him alone.

Madyson Mahler

A Florida native, I am wife to Josh and mother to 4 boys between 8 years and 6 months old: Beckett, Merrick, Hollander and McGuire. Following Christ’s direction for our family, I homeschool our boys. Prior to mommyhood, I earned a Bachelors in Nursing and enjoyed working in pediatrics and Labor and Delivery.  God has placed in my heart a passion for foster care, young mother charities, and leading small groups of teenage girls.

I am a Jesus loving, coffee drinking, Netflix binging pastor’s wife and homeschooling mom of three. I graduated college in May 2004 with my BFA in musical theatre and have been serving alongside my husband in the ministry since we were married a few months later. Diving into God’s word and finding His truth is one of the most rewarding things I have found and I love sharing these truths with as many people as I can.

I dream of the day when all of our Trinity Fitness warriors will live their lives on fire for Jesus.
